Our story
One business problem should not require five vendors.
Norex is an Australian digital studio based in North Sydney, working with businesses across Australia. We design and build websites, apps, customer portals, internal tools, integrations, automation and practical AI.
Norex started with a simple observation: the digital problems that matter rarely fit inside one discipline. Improving a customer journey can require strategy, product design, software, automation and changes to the way a team works.
Too often, businesses are left coordinating separate advisers, designers, developers and platform vendors. Context gets lost between teams. Decisions slow down. Ownership becomes unclear.
We formed Norex to keep that work together. The same senior people help define the change, make it testable, deliver the product and improve it after launch.
